+ The full brochure (text, photographs and room sizes) is uploaded to our web site and the Property News web site.
+ Communication is tailored to each client’s preference – by telephone, by email or by personal PIN access to our internal system
+ Viewings are arranged and feedback given
+ For vacant properties, viewings are arranged at a time to suit the prospective client.
+ The property is advertised in the Property News magazine until agreed for sale.
+ We undertake regular marketing reviews.
+ All offers are relayed as preferred
+ All negotiation is carried out by experienced and professional estate agents
+ Upon agreeing a sale, constant monitoring of progress on the survey and legal conveyancing will take place.
