His family has always been heavily involved in the property market and in 1998, he formed Pinpoint Property Ltd, specialising originally in lettings and management as he built the residential sales side of the business. |

started her business career in retail and also had a spell as a PA in a top recruitment and training company in Australia. Over the last 3 years she has found her true niche, where she can put her excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to good use.

CYNTHIA JONES
has a depth of business knowledge and, having worked “front of house” in the rental department, she is now using her experience and her skills in an accounts/administration function. From liasing with contractors and suppliers, to training and quality control, to producing management accounts and making NRC tax returns, she is a key member of the team.

IRAINA KERR
is a qualified and experienced bookkeeping professional and is a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) and the Institute of Business Consulting (IBC). On a day to day basis, she is responsible among other things, for invoicing, VAT returns, providing management reports and marketing, cash flow and generally keeping order in what otherwise could be a chaotic world! |

LORNA-JAYNE FLETCHER
read for both her Masters and her BA at QUB and, for the past 10 years, has worked in various sales and management roles. She is now a key member of our administration/accounts team, responsible, among a myriad of other duties for rental payments and reconciliations, statements of accounts and maintaining bank records.

JOHNNY O'KANE
gained a 2.1 BSc(Hons) in Property Investment and Development in 2007 and has a Diploma in Industrial Studies. He is currently working towards gaining his APC to become a member of RICS. He has previous experience in the sales and letting, of both residential and commercial property, in Melbourne, Australia and from his time at Land and Property Services, NI, where he worked on the recalculations of domestic rate accounts.
